The intake process can happen quickly if needed. We use an online Client Portal to take care of all the intake paperwork, insurance and payments. In urgent cases we can get the intake done within a day and have an initial session scheduled within a day or two via Telehealth. Once you are assigned one of our staff, you can work out the rest of your appointments with them based on their own schedules.
If we do not have appointments available within the time period that you need, we will be happy to put you on a waiting list. Whenever a patient cancels an appointment, our staff will call patients on the waiting list to offer that available time. These appointments are available on a first come, first served basis.
Cancellations or Rescheduling Appointments
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without a fee. For staff with clients on a waiting list, we want to be available for these clients. So, if we get at least 24 hours notice we will be able to give others an opportunity to make their appointment and our staff the ability to keep their schedules full. Therefore, individuals will be charged for appointments not kept without proper notice or no-shows. We are very flexible, know things come up, and of course consider emergencies and unavoidable circumstances. Because we understand these things, we may wave cancelation fees or no-show fees at our discretion.
